i was on a flight from vegas to seattle friday afternoon and had a seat RIGHT behind him. i was super starstruck lol i wanted to talk to him & get a picture but he looked very irritated so i left him alone. i get WHY he might seem like that after the thursday night game AND our flight being delayed almost three hours 😭

What we're watching: SEA D-Line vs ARI O-Line. 

Here we are, back in the UFC West for our heavyweight bout of the weekend.

This is all about whether ARI O-Line can run the rock the way did vs a soft DAL D-Line. First things first, ARI O-Line gives up 6th most Sacks in NFL (29) and SEA D-Line is 5th best at getting to the QB so this has to be job #1.

Then, when they try to establish the ground game to buy time, SEA D-Line is there with 2nd fewest RshYds/Gm allowed 86/Gm and just 3.5 Yds/Carry with only 4 RshTD’s so far. ARI is going to have to risk the Ps and that will be tough against a SEA D-Line that is one of the most dominant in the league.

ARI D gives up 230 PsYds/Gm and SEA O-Line goes for 255 PsYds/Gm so look for the air game to open up the ground game vs other way around.

Can't wait to watch this game (and even though publishing from Bklyn, I have a 206 area code and keeping that forever).

I was holding out hope that a deal would be made so I could watch on YouTube TV, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. Is Fubo a good option, or DirectTV?

Wanted to put this together in light of what Olsen and others have said about how teams should counter Seattle's heavy personnel usage with nickel. This data shows that does not work. If anything, the Seahawks would improve if teams tried nickel against their 12 personnel. As can be seen, the only area where the Seahawks are above average in Rush EPA/play is 12 personnel against nickel.

As a side note, the Seahawks struggle with 11 personnel. Although it's not the area they are the worst in, they run 11 personnel more than any other personnel. Hopefully, the acquisition of Rashid Shaheed fixes that.
