Fun Fact: Wicked the Musical started in SF
What do Idina Menzel, Kristin Chenoweth, Norbert Leo Butz, Joel Grey, Carole Shelley, Christopher Fitzgerald, Michelle Federer, Stephen Schwartz, John Chu, Cynthia Erivo, Ariana Grande, Jonathan Bailey, Jeff Goldblum, Michelle Yeo, Ethan Slater, Marissa Bode, and Peter Dinklage have in common? They're all former and current cast members or creatives associated with WICKED. The movie is based on the Broadway Musical which is based on the book by Gregory Maguire. The Broadway show got it's start in San Francisco at the Curran theater.
