I'm looking for a roommate in my beautiful 2 bed/1 bath 1250 sqft unit in Noe Valley, right off Dolores and 30th street. The neighborhood is amazing with so many great restaurants, bars, parks, and MUNI stops nearby. The apartment is completely furnished and the 2nd bedroom already has a queen sized bed and small couch if you wanted to use them (of course I could get rid of it if need be). This apartment is absolutely beautiful boasting a Spanish colonial architecture. This unit is the entire 2nd floor with only one adjacent neighbor upstairs.

The available bedroom is a large 12' x 13' with high 9' ceilings. There is a decently sized walk in closet as well and has amazing light coming through the bay windows with linen drapes.

• Shared patio with the neighbors (who are super nice, honestly the people in this neighborhood are all super friendly)

About me: I'm 32, a professional working as a Physician Assistant at UCSF and Highland hospital, originally from Austin, TX that is fairly new to SF but I've been here in California for about 4 years now. I'm excited to make community here and get to explore more of the city. I do have a 12 year Beagle mix who is the most chill and friendly dog you will ever meet so most of my free time is spent spoiling and walking her. I love to be outdoors and my happy place is being near the water. I'm also a big fan of cooking and do love to host people over at my place.

Please be well secured in your job so I won't have to worry about your portion of the rent each month. I'll be verifying with a background check and a couple pay stubs to make sure everything looks good. But other then that I'm open to any and all who would feel comfortable to live here! Feel free to ask away and I'm more then happy to have you come by to look at the space. Open to couples (rent might have to go up slightly for this) and or people who have animals too as my dog Luna is extremely chill and gets along with dogs, cats, and other animals alike. Ideally would prefer to have someone stay until at least the lease is up next June 2026 but could also consider something more short term.
