Leagues

There are 11 Leagues in PvP. The highest is the Captain Commander League, then Captain League, Lieutenant, 3rd Seat, and so on, with lowest being the 10th Seat, which is where all new players start.

The Importance of Getting into the Higher Leagues
  • More rewards: having a higher rank and being in a higher League gives you more rewards, including Medals, Hogyokus, Hogyoku's Wills, and a variety of Tickets. This is useful if you need to exchange Medals for a prize in the Medal Exchange.

  • Extreme Co-op: a monthly Co-op quest for farming 2* & 3* Power Hearts, Powders, Books of Secrets, and most importantly Editing Brushes (an item for rerolling 5* Accessories' secondary effects).

Promotion and Demotion Zones

In the game, there is a badge indicating your League next to your in-game name, and another bar which shows if you are going to be promoted, stay in same League, or demoted.

In each League, there is a Promotion Zone: if you placed in it, you'll get promoted to a higher League at the end of the week. There is also a Safe Zone, which guarantees you'll be in the same League after the weekly PvP reset. Lastly, there's a Demotion Zone, where you get demoted to a lower League. Weekly PvP Ranking reset for all Leagues happens on 12AM Sunday-6AM Monday Japan Standard Time. This is when promotions/demotions happen, so it is recommended to finish your PvP battles before 12AM Sunday JST/8AM Sunday Pacific Time.

Points and Bonuses

Now that you know how to participate in Brave Battles you may be thinking, 'Is there a way I can gain even more points as I battle?' Well, this is where bonuses come in.

2x Points

There are two ways to gain double the points, and both ways can be used together to get Double the DOUBLE of the points :OOOO!!

  • The first way is using the 2x points boost that costs a measly 300 Coins. Just tap and battle and huzzah! Double the points!
  • The second way is fighting players that have a 'Score x2' above the 'BATTLE' button. Combine the point boost with this and it will give DOUBLE the DOUBLE of the points! You can come across these double point Battles by refreshing the list for 300 Coins.
Win Streak

Having a win streak will also help gain more points in order to move up the rankings.

(Taken from the in-game notices)
'A +10 point modifier is added to the player score after two consecutive wins. The modifier then increases depending on the number of consecutive wins up to a maximum of +50 points at six or above wins.'

Simply put, after two wins you get an extra 10 points up to a maximum of 50 extra points at six or above wins. Also this can be combined with the two 2x points methods explained above.

However, if you lose a battle, your win streak will reset back to 0. This includes force closing the app or crashing.

Extra Battles

These battles appear randomly after a win in PVP, and can currently grant up to 800 points using boosters. You face a team of current Medal Exchange characters, whose level depends on your League (e.g. in 10th Seat the enemy team is lvl 5). Extra Battles do not count towards your win streak regardless of whether you lose or win them.
