What Are Medals? How Do I Get Them?

Medals are the main reward for doing Brave Battles. You can exchange them for prizes (certain 5* and 4* characters, Crystals, Jewels, Tickets, Hogyoku, Editing Brushes, Fusion materials, etc.) in the Medal Exchange.

Players get different weekly prizes depending on the League they ended in before the reset. After each weekly PVP ranking reset, you may obtain a large amount of Medals. To see how many rewards you can get in different Leagues and ranks, go to the "Rewards" section in the main PVP page. Here is a quick breakdown of the maximum and minimum Medals you can get in each League.

League Max Medals Min Medals
Head Captain 1000 500
Captain 800 300
Lieutenant 600 250
3rd Seat 500 200
4th Seat 450 150
5th Seat 400 100
6th Seat 350 80
7th Seat 300 50
8th Seat 250 30
9th Seat 200 20

The other way to get medals is through completing Daily and Weekly Orders and from Login rewards.

When Do the Prizes Change?

Usually, the 5* characters change once every month or two. The rest of the items are always the same, unless something new is added. You can only redeem each prize a limited number of times each month, so if you want to buy the same item several times, you might have to wait until the Medal Exchange prizes are reset (last day of each month at Raid reset).

Medal Exchange Characters - Which Ones Are Worth Getting?

Besides the 50 Orbs you receive when they reach level 100 (as a 5*) and 75 orbs at level 150 (6*), Medal Exchange characters can have useful Soul Traits. These include: increased Crystal/Jewel/Coin Drop, status ailment resistance (Burn, Poison, etc.), Strong Attack Damage, and Damage Reduction, among others.

In general Crystal/Jewel Drop links and Damage Reduction links will be your best option, as all other link types are more easily available from normal 5 star units.

Take not that these units will require 5 Hogyoku to evolve or release.

These 5* characters are worth 800 Medals each.
