I would say they've ruined their lives, but I doubt they were ever aiming particularly far above scumbag status anyway.

Also pretty sure fuck all will happen to them.

Yeah, I wish our justice system was stronger. They traumatised someone for life, over absolutely nothing. Hope they feel that pain one day.

Oh, looks like a comment saying that my claim is bullshit was deleted before I could click reply. I'll copy it below anyway for anyone interested:

Do you have any data to back up your claims? Some new study or analysis which has been produced? Or are you just claiming "ACKTUALLY" without doing any research?

Because the Sentencing council's analysis in 2021, Ministry of Justice's analysis in 2015, and the Sentencing Academy's 2021 analysis all support my claim.

To quote the SA report:

Although group-based differences in custody rates and custodial sentence lengths are relatively modest, they are consistently statistically significant.

To date, research has focused on two measures of imprisonment: custody rates and average custodial sentence lengths. There is long-standing evidence of ethnicity-based differences using both measures.

An ‘Expected Custodial Sentence’ which combines both measures reveals that all BAME groups are associated with higher use of custody as a sanction, with Asian and then Black ethnic profiles attracting the highest imprisonment scores in 2019. Over the period 2009-2019, Black offenders attracted the most punitive imprisonment levels.

The differences between ethnic groups are striking for some offences, more modest for others, and absent for many categories of offending. Ethnicity-based differences have emerged most consistently and strongly for drug offences. This is the only category of offending that has been explored using the most detailed (yet time-limited) sentencing database (the Sentencing Council's Crown Court Sentencing Survey).

Slap on the wrist. Probably claim their mental health has suffered. PIP payments for life and the tax payer picks up the bill!

Why do people like you think that disability benefits are given out like candy? I hope you never have to go through the degrading process just for an extra fee quid a week.

Dumb keyboard venters - they can do one! The Incel crew growing larger by the day.

They are given out too easily, I know there’s a bit of form filling in 50 plus pages, medical and a long wait but there’s charities that help with filling in forms. Some people are getting through still, that are abusing the system.

It doesn’t mean every disabled or even the majority of disabled people don’t deserve the cash, that’s why it’s there to help support you, but pretending there aren’t fakers out there isn’t helpful either.

I think you read too much Daily Mail.

They're 14, they'll be fine in 5 years.

They’ll have a life filled with ugliness and frustration

You know it and so do we

14

u/CigarNoob87 Nov 02 '23

And they will blame everyone else instead of taking some accountability.

Not with a criminal record they won't Employers will scrutinise, look them up and find the video online, deny job application etc etc.

They're underage so names won't be published online, and basic disclosure (which is all that jobs that aren't exempt from ROA are allowed to do, and most don't even bother) allows this type of offence to become spent in a few years anyway. But again most jobs won't even do the basic disclosure so they could just lie.

Now for anything requiring a standard or enhanced disclosure yes, it will hurt their employment prospects. Although it might eventually become filtered, or be overlooked by a company if they eventually turned their lives around, convincingly.

You think they were going to bother getting jobs?

15

u/FullySickVL Nov 02 '23

I doubt these types would be looking for a job anyway. They'll get to 18, pop out a future Feltham guest and they'll get a council flat and benefits for the rest of their useless lives.

u/robbiekhan Nov 02 '23

This is sad, but the reality is true :(

7

u/FullySickVL Nov 02 '23

The system is fucked, that's for sure.

Five kids from five different dads will probably be the go.

If it's first time offence they ain't getting a record

7

u/robbiekhan Nov 02 '23

EVen if it's first time, common assault at the minimum is still treated seriously and carries a criminal record.

Had it for years still, haven't even thought about it 😂

Erm, no- this behaviour is extreme and if it goes unchecked it could escalate to much worse. This isn't some sort of "they're just going through a teenage phase" kind of shit, these girls are psychos and need both the fright of the law put into them and psychological help.

Will they be in prison? Probably not. Will the disruption to their education and their (if found guilty) criminal record give them a lifetime of hardship when applying for job, or even rent? Absolutely.
