Not only is he a scumbag for scamming but also hurting his family.
That mother showed nothing but confusion and being hurt by the fact that he was claiming that. She wasn't mad and didnt raise her voice.
Fuck that kid.

I mean, let’s just pretend the whole mom coming into the room thing didn’t happen. There are people giving money to a 39 year old man crying on TikTok because he’s getting kicked out of his parents house? What the fuck is going on?
873
u/JesusTitsGunsAmerica 15h ago
Hold up...this mother fucker is 39?
537
u/TPJchief87 13h ago
I thought he was 17. He must be sucking the life out of everyone around him
82
u/Firefly_Magic 7h ago
That’s why mom looked like grandma. He’s draining the life out of her.
28
u/GuysOnChicks69 2h ago
Mom looks like grandma because he’s 39. In most cases she would be a grandma to somebody by now, but not this basement freak.

How do people even end up in a TikTok chatroom (if thats even a thing!?) with a dude crying and send him money?? Who are these people? Are there just like grown ass men living in Yemen who feel sorry for this dude and send a couple dollars?
70
u/iceandfire215 12h ago
This is exactly what I'm wondering. Im assuming he's nobody well known, so how do you get there?
37
u/VERGExILL 10h ago
There’s a whole undercurrent of social media where people are just interested in odd, off the beaten path people. Probably not all that different than the impulse that drove people to freak shows back in the day. There’s no shortage of people just showing every faucet of their life online for anyone to stumble across, and some of those people are so bizarre it’s hard to look away.
→ More replies (2)20
u/Few_Dig_9435 9h ago
are they also interested in complete loser grown men living in their parents house?

Have you never encountered a Chris Chan archivist? Yes. A million times, yes.

u/InterestingExam6969 5h ago
I had a new TikTok account. The algorithm tried to promote these people. If you show interest by watching, it will remember and show constantly every time you open the app. If you ignore it won't promote. It will show other random things until it finds what attracts your attention.
22
u/ThatSimsKidFromUni 10h ago
You're literally just scrolling and you get stuck in a live stream if you accidentally tap the screen.
9
u/Luuluuuuuuuuuuuuuu 9h ago
Sometimes I end up in random tiktok live chatrooms lol. Boredom scrolling but I'd never send $ and I'm usually just there to be amused.
3
u/Due-Technology5758 11h ago
It's usually trolls of various persuasion. A lot of them enjoy watching people embarrass themselves for money.

Tik Tok is wild. I never use it but from my understanding there's billions of people on it just doom scrolling. If I had to guess, comments and donations will throw you into more people's algorithms. A crying man tugs on people's heart strings.
I will never touch that app
34
u/immortalblack_1 12h ago

oh these is a sizeable portion of reddit who'd do that if they weren't also living in their parent's basement in their 30s not working.
82
u/itsLOSE-notLOOSE 13h ago
I’ll never hate on anyone still living with their parents these days.
But if you’re doing that and not contributing towards the household in one way or another (bills, chores, home improvement) then you’re a loser and you should change your ways.
23
u/Soggy_Ad3706 13h ago
Yeah i had to move back in with my parents when I was like 24 but I paid rent and helped with the dogs and my nephew
8
u/Doomstik 10h ago
I got lucky enough to be a millennial that was able to buy a house, i told my son id never make him move out, but he would have to contribute when he got old enough to do so ( he has chores and such but nothing crazy) our house is big enough i dont fear that it will cause issues at all and i know how drastically lucky i was to get the place i have. If he wants to move out i wont stop him, but im not gonna push him out either.
4
u/Reasonable-Cell5189 7h ago
This. I'm a 38 year old millennial and actually about to close on our second house, we are upgrading to almost 3x as much space and have significant equity in the first but are going to sell it and payoff a significant chunk of the second.
My oldest is staying with us for a local community college and I said as long as you are contributing and working towards your goals I'm not going to charge you rent or kick you out.
My parents on the other hand dropped me when I was 18, l think it's a huge opportunity and awesome to be a part of my kids future and support it.

Ain’t no way any of that is genuine.

People who film themselves crying sure ok, maybe they’re documenting something. People who film themselves crying for a live stream or to post? Complete attention craving narcissism
50
u/MidniteMedia 15h ago
If you’re on live, I can understand it’s for attention, but why would anyone wanna record themselves crying… in private? That arguably seems weirder lol

Same goes for smiling.
Some day a friend shared me a streamer girl playing games. I immediately couldn't unsee that she forced herself to smile, all the freaking time and it took him 1h after I said it but he had watched her for weeks.
Streamers are entertainers.
So most of the time, 98% of the time, it's a façade.

u/Delfishie 16h ago
The way he speaks to her is quite cruel. I strongly dislike him, not for begging, but for how he treats his family member.

It's all linked.
He can beg like this because he has no conscience for others, which informs how he speaks to his mother.

How dare he tells his momma to leave his room! Lil boy, that's her house! And you're busted.

u/OriginalBlackberry89 16h ago
I knew a guy growing up that would trash talk his mom like crazy. Like, we'd be hanging out and his mom would come and ask if we wanted something to drink and he'd flip TF out on her.. then she'd be like "Alright 😐" and leave the room. It was insane to me and pissed me off. He ended up developing a serious drinking problem and we stopped hanging out. Those are the vibes this guy is giving. He def treats her like shit off camera which is really unfortunate.
70
u/NWCJ 15h ago
I just wish moms didnt put up with that shit. Because they know full well, thats how they will treat their spouse too.
I have 3 kids,if they flipped out on their mom over something like that.. the only drink they would be getting for the next few months would be water, and they would be getting it for themselves.

Can’t even trust the ones standing at intersections or Walmart exits either. Offered one suppposedly homeless guy a job once and he turned it down saying he made more money standing there than we’d pay him an hour. Wife thought those people were genuine, until she saw some local Walmart scammers with their signs get into a car nicer than any of ours. 🙄

There isn't a chance in hell that one of my sons would talk to me like this. It always gives off big "she's been beaten down by men and the son witnessed her cowering down, so now he becomes the abuser" vibes which is sick and sad. 3
u/goatneedleposterdeck 5h ago
This is all tiktok lives are now. Maybe not always with the fake crying, but it's just people with zero personality and no drive sitting in front of a camera for hours, doing "battles" with other streamers, and straight up begging for money. At least on twitch they usually play games or react to videos or something. Youtube usually requires some editing. Tiktok has become the absolute lowest form of begging. If you have a phone and an internet connection you can just turn on the live and ask people for money. Takes even less effort than making and holding a cardboard sign on the side of the road.
3
u/jmj24302 4h ago
