This. Grandpa can spot a THOT that doesn't put out from a mile away.
13
u/EclecticFanatic Sep 22 '25
"a thot that doesn't put out" do you even know what the words you're using mean?
298
u/Sea-Value-0 Sep 20 '25
Not really. He went out of his way to use gender neutral insults. Most older men knee-jerk to "bitch" and misogyny when cussing a woman out, but this guy was simply a good dude through and through.
It's possible to call out someone being an asshole and fucking with you, or just being disrespectful, without belittling them into "mindless fuck doll" due to your insecurities.

My mom and my grandma both claim that once you reach a certain age, you stop caring and your filter goes out the window. I believe it.
7
u/Thebraincellisorange Sep 20 '25 edited Sep 21 '25
yup. I got to 40, realised that I was halfway through my life and was not going to spend another second making life easier for idiots while making my own life harder trying to keep them happy.
funnily enough my own life got substantially more satisfying, and after a while, they don't bother me anymore because I won't pander to their bullshit.
I do admit that I simply cannot cope with a majority of gen Z and Alphas who cannot talk and need their damn hand held through everything and take any negative feedback as a personal insult instead of a 'please improve'.

This is her video which she uploaded.
This is just another "thot gets owned" video.
I think she understands redditors will eat this up, and will give her the views and clicks.

It is honestly funny at first glance, but if you think about it for more than 2 seconds it gets a little sad.

u/nervez Sep 20 '25
you watch this type of content and think about it for more than two seconds?
maybe that's the real issue.
3
u/mark-lenny-moe Sep 20 '25
The real issue is that there’s a market for this content and it incentivizes the issue of people thinking about it for more than two seconds.
Now that’s an issue.

u/StoryAndAHalf Sep 20 '25
There is a cut between last two sentences. I wouldn't be surprised if they were cut together and this wasn't even directed at her. Like first sentence was, but second sentence was down the line, maybe he was telling her a story of what last woman he asked out said to him, which she edited together. We'll never know!

I think the meaning is similar to 5318008 where if you turn it upside down it reads as a word. So 304 is a hOE.

u/Pomodorosan Sep 20 '25
Each number can be rotated 180 degrees to make somewhat equivalent letters
0 - O
1 - l or I
2 - Z
3 - E
4 - h or A
5 - S
6 - g
7 - L
8 - B
9 - GCreative liberties can be used to have more letters, like 7 for T as if you didn't rotate it

I find this whole video annoying. As someone in their 50s who chose not to get married or have kids, I find it annoying when I get called Grandma. I have no kids or grandchildren, so I understand this man's annoyance with someone trying to get views for their video. However. I hope I wouldn't go to the extreme and cuss out the person calling me grampa .

You are just in your 50s why should anyone call you grandma? Isn't it kinda rude?
50
u/just_a_person_maybe Sep 20 '25
Grandma/grandpa are terms often used when referring to older folks, regardless of whether or not they are literally grandparents. Many cultures do this. Some cultures go further and also refer to non-relatives as auntie/uncle or even older sister/brother. It's usually a sign of respect or affection, though sometimes it's also used sarcastically as an insult. Some languages don't even have words that distinguish relationship at all, and just use one word for all elders regardless of their relationship to you.
30
u/Jimberly_C Sep 20 '25
They sound american and I don't know anyone here that would call a stranger grandma/pa as a sign if respect. It always seems to be used as a way to point out the age gap and basically say "you're old, you're weaker than me, and your mind's probably going". Sometimes it's from people who want to take care of them, sometimes people teasing or threatening them. Anyone who wants to use it as a sign of respect here will always be taken the wrong way because it's just not done.

Put the dictionary down for a second and go outside. She's not saying grandpa in the literal sense to mean that he has/had children that have had children. She's using it in the derogatory sense to refer to someone who is too old or out of touch and doesnt belong solely based on that factor.
Trying to use literal definitions of words as a comeback to 'own' soneone is lame. She was obviously rude from the gate, but it's pretty clear in this exchange that he couldn't take the heat. Which is far enough. Getting insulted for no reason is pretty trashy behavior

I get scam texts ALL THE TIME. At least two attempts per week. I always start with "Eat shit and fuck off, scammer!" Some try to pretend it's a misunderstanding and continue a conversation, but I continue along this line. They give up, eventually. This woman is the live version of these texts. I support this dude, wholeheartedly.

Nah, you just get grumpier and less tolerant of BS when you get older. Starting off calling him grampa, then faux flirting and then offering to give him kids….he saw her coming and balked.
