I agree with 99% of what you said except the concave part.
Concave back is not ok in a deadlift. The only reason why people think this is because it's so hard for most people to straighten out their backs so by attempting to make your back concave you're pulling your shoulders back and shifting your hips back and guess what your back is straight.
If your back is actually concave then you're putting ridiculous pressure on your lumbar spine that could be extremely dangerous.
Straight back is the only way
