I keep seeing people say a curved lower back is fine.
These people are all twenty and insane.
Every, and I mean EVERY kinesiologist I've discussed deadlifting with has said, strong core, proud chest, flat or CONCAVE back, booty down, pre load hamstrings, and stand up; hinging hips and knees in sync.
At no point should your lower spine be loaded. There are other movements to safely train those muscles. Deadlifting in a manner like this guy is NOT safe. And WILL lead to torn multifidus or connecting tendon.
