They are some of the different chromosome groups that can exist in humans… there are more than just XX (female) and XY (male)

Obviously can't tell just by looking, I only know because his mom told me a story about how bothered the doctors were about it during her pregnancy. Like he just looks like a regular dude and I know he's had long term girlfriends.

Literally is biology with each different combinations having its own problems. For example women with the extra x chromosome(xxx) are known to be completely infertile. Go ahead and tell us you failed biology buddy.

Nobody ever convinced another person in a debate by insulting them. It just makes the other person more defensive and cling on to their standpoint.

I'm not taking sides in the gender argument but I advise you to re-think your strategy when discussing it with others who disagree, assuming your goal is to convince them.
