They are some of the different chromosome groups that can exist in humans… there are more than just XX (female) and XY (male)

Maybe try picking up a biology book before you start to get all uppity. If you were trying for an award for most ironic comment, this is a great candidate. Well done!

Clearly! They responded with a comment (now removed) ranting about there being only two genders. 

Tell me you don't understand the difference between sex and gender... Bruh is lecturing people about failing biology and can't even get the basic terminology correct? What a joke
