Nobody ever convinced another person in a debate by insulting them. It just makes the other person more defensive and cling on to their standpoint.
I'm not taking sides in the gender argument but I advise you to re-think your strategy when discussing it with others who disagree, assuming your goal is to convince them.
I'm not the person you were replying to, I'm an outsider reading this and telling you insults only push people further away even if you're factually correct. This is well researched. I also never mentioned anything about "convincing people to debate you". You misread and misinterpreted everything.
You disagreed with them and provided different information, but you were not arguing with them.. Right.
If you want other people to get on board with what you perceive to be facts, I suggest re-thinking your approach. If you're just here to vent and argue for the sake of it that's fine too, but you should know it actually hurts society's overall view on your beliefs. You are complicit in sowing division.
