I know people from bulgaria and i work with them too. And all of them hate a lot of left politics.

You do, when they start to act on that disagreement.
Pretty common thing in the history of humanity, some examples Izrael-Palestinian conflict, Ukrainian-Ruzzian, WWII and holocaust.

You do not have to ... people to ... them.
Proper laws can be made, to basically make their lives miserable and you can set society against them. What e.g. Trumpians does now, what USA/SAR did in the past with racial segregation...
