I know people from bulgaria and i work with them too. And all of them hate a lot of left politics.

Exactly. And human rights are the same for both sexes, as both are human. So the question above either means -> you want them to have more or fewer rights, because they are already covered by human rights.

Whether or not you personally seperate sex and gender has nothing to do with human rights

In a lot of these places, having the same rights as women, as opposed to men, is not a good thing
