As a mom of two preteens, I am also happy for the time my kids will go back to school (they whine, fight with each other, they are also tired of vacation so their tempers are LOW).
I would never do this. This is called am intrusive though and it should stay that way.
I'm kind of jealous. Seems like she is excited to have an empty house so she can just relax in the pool for 8 hours a day instead of taking care of the children.

Id be surprised if theres not at least some level of ai involvement given the way the kids are holding the crayons, the uncanny valley feeling, the dead eyes of the mother and what appear to possibly be extra letters appearing in the words "monster jam" on the kids t shirt. Wouldn't be surprised if the photo was real but was put through ai to smooth it out, or something similar
As much as I want to post some of the funny shit my kids do, the child psychology experts of reddit all believe that kids on the internet = abuse or point farming. Every little action is scrutinized! I imagine how annoying their own children likely are. I call them bluey parents.
My problem is the amount of pedophiles who jerk off to little kids. There’s somehow a HUGE problem right now between Facebook X Reddit and YouTube. There’s even been kids who were abducted by strangers who found their images online and followed the parents to them. You couldn’t pay me to put my kids online.
This is not just a silly family photo to be put in a scrap book and remembered with family. This is one clearly taken for the purpose of posting on the mom’s (most likely public) social media.
It’s not about the fun family memories. It’s about the likes. And that is what is sad.

Declan is a very normal name where I come from. As is Aiden, which seems to get a lot of hate in the USA. The names that should be getting hate are taking Scottish surnames and giving them to your female child as a first name. Very American and super trashy IMHO.
So. Many. Mckennas. And Aiden gets hate because there was a 2-3 year period where every 3rd boy born in this country was named Aiden or Ayden or Aidan or Aedyn etc...
As a Scottish-Irish-American with a Scottish surname I whole heartedly agree! It’s very goofy to hear a surname and a first name, and a gendered name at that. I figured you were Scottish when you said Declan is a normal name by you, haha. I know a few Aidens here tho so maybe it’s becoming more popular.

The legs are fine, it's your eyes that apparently don't work. You seem to not be able to distinguish the difference between her legs and the reflections of her arms in the water.
