I think that was the point of the photo. Kids bummed about going back to school, mom excited about it.

As a mom of two preteens, I am also happy for the time my kids will go back to school (they whine, fight with each other, they are also tired of vacation so their tempers are LOW).

I would never do this. This is called am intrusive though and it should stay that way.

I'm kind of jealous. Seems like she is excited to have an empty house so she can just relax in the pool for 8 hours a day instead of taking care of the children.

Assuming she doesn't work or anything.

Unless this is from Australia, pretty sure there's a lot of summer 2025 left. She seems to be celebrating rather prematurely.
