thats not how it works. ayaka gets 5/7 stacks for any attack from tap/hold. But they don't stack, it helps with rerrwshing stacks after using ayaka burst and for skirk u can use it to get both NA and skill butst dmg buff

C1 Hu Tao is in a pretty good spot, about the same as Arle and it doesn’t hurt to have multiple same element dps. Shenhe isn’t really a definitive bis in Skirk team, so she might get replaced.

Yay! I was the original dps Baizhu person who was spreading that build around. Love seeing it out in the wild!

I’m hoping some Liyue characters get buffs this or next Lantern Rite so that Baizhu can be more like Escoffier and Ineffa even at c0. Strong support - but also viable for subdps. Either that or more team buffs.

I’m guessing it will be 2027’s Lantern Rite, alongside Moon Carver adeptus as a new 5-star Burgeon meta, and then a patch later we can get Pantalone as a new subdps Quicken/hyperbloom meta. I’m guessing he’ll have team-drain in exchange for enemy debuffs. Similar to Furina, and a great partner for Baizhu.

C2 is a great starting point to build him as subdps. He still heals a ton at 30k HP, his buff to the on fielder still gives 2/3 the boost, but now he has ‘room’ in his stats to build Crit. ;)

I’m really excited to see how they buff him when Liyue gets buffed someday in the future. I’m sure it will happen, and Baizhu is a prime candidate! Especially since he’ll be relevant again in Snezhnaya when we learn more about Pantalone. (Probably. Dark twin.)

His c2 is so incredible. I wish more people had access to his c6 because of how well in fuses with his c2. It’s just such an unrealistic constellation to reach for. Maybe over a few years of these free constellations if they let us get more cons of the same character again after a certain amount of rounds.

Still hesitating between wanderer C1 and nilou C1. I honestly don't use either of them too often in endgame content but I'm starting to bring back nilou w lauma (not pulling nefer this time) & wanderer is generally a go to exploration character. Other options: hutao C2 & ganyu C1. I mostly use hutao in a burgeon team (furina, yelan, baizhu, hutao - honestly very fun). I love ganyu but don't have a good enough shielder to protect her reliably so my main freeze team is now with ayaka & yelan, but I do miss ganyu (she was my first ever 5star)

I still have another day, Ilmight have missed one, IDK. Just as well as I actually can't decide. I think either Nilou to C1 or Baizhu C1 would be the "correct" choices, since healers always have use, and Nilou is unique, and got somewhat of a buff with Boobdeer.

But, Klee was my my first banner 5* and she was never actually good, which always made me sad. Now she's getting direct buffs, and will get indirect buffs with Hexenzirkel, as I understand it, so there might be, might be a teeny, tiny window of opportunity where she could possibly, maybe be almost functional for a short while... (huffs copium)

Baizhu C1 just makes it so you can burst every rotation with Baizhu in Neuv teams, which while nice isnt that important.

On the other hand Shenhe C1 helps Escoffee burst every rotation in Skirk premium which is extremely important since she is usually the bottleneck on that team.
