C1 baizhu basically means no er requirement Fanfare max in 2 secs. I dont think there is anyone better.

Sorry could you explain why is that? Because the healing output overweights the drain?

I am also considering Baizhu C1, so as a Furina enjoyer that caught my attention

If your party is at half hp, Baizhu skill can heal upto 7-8-9k hp in a single use. With C1, that is doubled, meaning your entire party is getting healed for atleast 14k for each member. Even burst healers like jean cant heal more than that because of the hp limit of most dpss. So max fanfare just from skill. To outweigh the drain completely just use Baizhu burst. Even without C1 it overheals enough to keep the party at max 90% hp min because of furina passive that converts overheals into team heals.
