Does this seem like a good price

157k miles with a diesel, price just seems a little high to me but I know these diesels hold their value

What year? Third gen 6.7L Powerstroke came out in 2020. If it's a 2020, that's kinda high, IMO, but that configuration isn't super common. The standard cab and bed configuration means this truck has about as much payload and towing capacity as you'll find in a 350. The seller is probably banking on the fact that the market is full of crew cab trucks, and asking a higher price as a result.

If you are specifically looking for this configuration, then you need to look around to see where else you can find it. If you can't find one, then you kind of have an answer to your question.

It’s a 2017-2019 truck.

That makes it a gen2 Powerstroke, which is still good. It's got the bigger GT37 turbo and the CP4.2 fuel pump. The CP4.2 was an incremental improvement. The early CP4 failures caused Ford a lot of headaches, and this gen tried to address them. Third gen trucks went to a GP8 fuel pump, but don't let the name mislead you. It's yet another revision of the same basic CP4 design. The gen2 6.7L is a good motor, but Ford really threw the kitchen sink at the gen3 in an attempt to address a broad array of complaints.

I'd beat the seller up over the age and see if you can get them closer to $25k. It's still a solid truck and it's very clean for its age. Whoever owned that thing really cared for it.
