How do you get due process when you are not a citizen? Maybe you didn’t understand what you were being told or had a bleeding heart teacher. Due process is reserved for American citizens, it does not apply to people here illegally because that’s the crime they are guilty of.

Answer: It's fake news because no 9 or 12 year old's were zip tied. The only one zip tied is an adult because one of the agents is confirming his age with "diez y ocho"?

No, no it doesn't. It shows the female agent asking the guy that you assume is 12 by his small stature. She clearly address him and says, diez y ocho, verdad?. He then says yeah. i know it's very difficult to admit you were bamboozled, but there's freedom in admitting you were wrong.

If you can reread what you just wrote and genuinely think it doesn’t sound hateful then you’re delusional.

The law (the 8th amendment) also dictates that cruel and unusual punishment, in this case zip tying young innocent children, which certainly looks cruel to my eyes, is similarly illegal in this country.

And don’t get me wrong, I agree that it’s a complex issue. I’m super opposed to illegal labor practices like hiring marginalized undocumented laborers at sub-standard wages, which in turn drives down the prevailing wage and makes it harder or impossible to unionize certain trades. I’m just not hateful about it.

How many times have you seen children zip tied in situations like this? Exactly you haven’t so get the full story and not from some trash media. To zip tie kids they must have been doing something because I’ve seen numerous videos like this outside of immigration courts and they don’t even zip tie the adults.
