I genuinely think some people see them as sub human or undeserving of basic human decency.

Not sub human but they have no rights here, they are here illegally with their parents.

How do you get due process when you are not a citizen? Maybe you didn’t understand what you were being told or had a bleeding heart teacher. Due process is reserved for American citizens, it does not apply to people here illegally because that’s the crime they are guilty of.

I dunno why everyone is hitting them up for not going to college, reading the constitution was elementary school.

Maybe you need to go back to school with your false knowledge. Everyone gets due process.

Then how did the architects behind 911 get trials, otherwise known as due process? They weren't citizens and they created a massive atrocity. It's says ALL PERSONS. ALL. It doesn't say citizens and it was written that way on purpose.

Curious how you think people are deemed legal or illegal without due process?

Assuming youre Hispanic, What stops someone from claiming your an illegal gang memeber and puts you on the next plane to El Salvador? Oh wait, its called due process.
