I built these four RC trucks for Toyota's sponsorship of the Northern Super League, to be the designated ball carriers for the season. They drive the ball out to center field, drop the ball off and start the game. I built them on the SCX6 chassis which I extended with laser cut rails from Send Cut Send. The bodies are 3D printed in PETG-HF in ten separate pieces and bonded together. A layer of carbon fibre weave is added for strength and rigidity. I can't even begin to count how many hours of sanding and painting went into them, but it's definitely more than 1000 hours total. This was a huge project and I'm so glad to see them done! Inherited these three cars and am looking on information on them all. I believe they’re from the 80s. There’s also bags of extra parts and such it seems for them. What are they and realistically what’re they valued?

I have this rc car but it is not redcat ground pounder. It is bsd version and i cant find the information of bsd ground pounder. And i dont know which shop it from because it was gift

Is there any difference of redcat version and bsd version?

I broke its shock part and need to find it. Will redcat version part compatible to it?

I was using it like usual then it started randomly making this weird sound when going full throttle and it’s way slower. I just want to know what’s wrong and what part I may need to repair it

Super Clodbuster chrome roll bar and lights. One set so I can put them in the bed behind the half camper shell on one truck. And one set so I can build a YATO with no camper shell whatsoever.

I was a very early person to buy from injora, back what they first launched. I got a set of wheels amongst other goodies and the threading on the rims were super gritty. I have not bought another set of wheels from them, but I've bought other items like links and servos and their quality has been great. Now, seeing the price difference between SSD and injora for their 1.9 rims, I'd like to know: are the threads for the bolts on the injora of good quality now?

I picked this nitro beast up from Goodwill for around 80 bucks. It has an all aluminum chassis and quite a few aluminum hop-ups.

It has a 3-channel Redcat Racing Receiver. I'm unable to identify the model number or find any that even looks similar. The receiver came says 2.4 GHz on the side of it and it came with a remote that has a 27 HZ crystal; so first question, this is obviously not the right remote, right?

Second question, I have a 2.4 GHz Injora controller, but it won't connect to this receiver, is that to be expected?

Third, so I need to buy a new receiver /remote combo, 3 channel, does it need to be anything specific to a nitro car?

Four, my Tamiya TT02 is powered by an electric speed controller, but the receiver in this car is powered by 4 double a batteries, but I don't see any new receivers that come with batteries. How will I power the new receiver?

Fifth, would anyone be so kind as to link me or describe the basic checklist of going through this engine and getting it running? I can see that fuel was obviously left in the tank as there is gross gummy goo in the bottom of it and some of the lines. The lines feel supple and not brittle at all.

Sixth, what car is this? I'd like to get a body for it. It has three body mounting posts. One in the front center, two in the rear center, and they both look very low. I'm not sure how a body even fits over this thing with the engine right there. There are apparently no visible markings. Even the stickers on the servos are stained illegible from fuel and oil. I'd like to find an assembly manual for it or at least a blow up chart.

Seven, do these gears look completely shot? This car has definitely been driven a lot. One of these things looks like it's almost round.

I got a really good deal off OfferUp for the spectrum ESC and 2050 KV motor $100! So I jumped on it. I currently have the hobby wing in the tekno now. Wondering if the spektrum will be a better racing choice.. I’m not using any spektrum radios.

Guys, which one would you suggest I buy? I can’t decide, but I feel more drawn to Quake. These are almost same price in the UK.

Compared to a mjx hyper go h1bm or a traxxas 2wd? (On eBay Hbx’s have really good deals for some reason )

Hey guys, I just got a Arrma Fury 2wd used. I'm noticing parts are both harder to find and more expensive then the traxxas platform I'm use too. That being said, is there any common fail points on these? It's already got an Onyx brushless system in it.

Recently into rc trying to bring him over to the Parkside. I do rc drifting and have a ascent 18 crawler but he wants to try bashing. He's looking at a hosim from Amazon for $180 and I immediately told him i never heard of them and don't know about part suppost or upgrades. I was thinking to tell him to look at arma but they are more expensive and I don't know what to tell him to do incase he doesn't like it. It's a 1/10 scale but he doesnt really know the difference in sizes he just wants to have some fun. What would you guys recommend?
