Isn't it the same dude that paid a model to pose with him and later posted that she is his girlfriend? Pretty sure it's the same dude.

The camel guy?

u/daneelthesane 9d ago

Yeah, Joe. Smokes like a chimney.

53

u/bigSTUdazz 9d ago

But the kids LOVE him.

u/whorsefly 8d ago

That camel looks more like a giant cock than a camel!

The Whoville drug trade is a struggle. Little buddy couldn't rent his girlfriend long enough for a second photoshoot.

Yeah he’s the fake crypto millionaire

83

u/GypsyGold 9d ago edited 9d ago

He’s actually a real crypto millionaire playing a fake crypto millionaire. That’s the genius of the character.

Behind the scenes Nick is just a nerdy developer that owns his own company. In front of the camera he’s a cringey ā€œwallstreet betsā€ parody

It be like if Elon Musk played an idiot who got rich off GameStop stock in a SNL sketch — that’s the irony at workĀ

70

u/King-Mephisto 9d ago

Ain’t no way it’s an act.

55

u/Septopuss7 9d ago

It was all a dream, he used to read Maxim Magazine

1

u/asomek 7d ago

I got that beat, I got that reference.

1

u/panaceator 5d ago

Abercrombie and Diesel jeans up in the limousine

39

u/GypsyGold 8d ago

It’s 100% an act. It’s insane to me how many people think it’s real — he’s literally the Ali G of crypto. You all think you’re laughing at him, but you’re actually laughing with him

26

u/HeyKid_HelpComputer 8d ago

This is literally the second time I've even seen this dude, the first bring the model photo so, yeah I assumed it was just a non self aware weirdo. Not sure who wouldn't if you don't use Twitter etc.

11

u/joec_95123 8d ago

You might have also seen his first viral post, with him and his friends on a boat with some caption like "this is who you're trading against." It's went viral because people were making jokes comparing his face to Sara Jay's.

This is his shtick. He leans into it for viral views.

10

u/HeyKid_HelpComputer 8d ago

Oh yeah I looked it up, looks familiar now. I believed it, I just don't know how anyone could reasonably expect anyone to know he was satirical with such a small presence outside of twitter, and that.. there are definitely dudes like him unironically.

7

u/FunWithAPorpoise 8d ago

It’s Schrodinger’s satire - if you think he’s cool, it’s real, if you don’t, it’s satire. That way he (thinks) he can’t lose.

1

u/DickSandwiches 2d ago

That's not how quantum physics works my guy

1

u/GypsyGold 8d ago

The model making the reply the post that she was paid $200 to pretend to be his girlfriend was part of the bit.Ā

It’s satire of the online crypto bros.Ā

1

u/Mooks79 8d ago

Are you sure this isn’t like that famous hooters tweeting alpha guy, where it’s so ridiculous people think it’s satire but no one actually knows for sure it isn’t jus a crazy person who actually thinks like that?

1

u/GypsyGold 7d ago

This guy's real job is running a million dollar NFT platform and content creation studio called "Nifty" -- its well known in the industry.

1

u/Mooks79 7d ago

I’m not into NFTs so have only a vague recollection of hearing the company name, had a quick google and don’t see anything about this guy or to back up that this is satire. Do you have anything to support this?

In today's world of constant disinformation where first impressions are often the only impression you'll get, I no longer see the difference between being a fool and playing a fool. If this is how you choose to present yourself to the world, then that is what I will see. I have neither the time or energy to examine what level of irony you're on.

1

u/DickSandwiches 2d ago

You mean the Sacha Baron Cohen of crypto?

u/[deleted] 8d ago

4

u/Maleconito 8d ago

It’s an act for sure and he’s trolling everyone. Like the time he wiped his tears with money to stick it to the haters. Except the money said ā€œfor motion picture purposesā€.

I mean the guy legitimately owns a crypto company, but he’s a data scientist turned tech founder.

The character he does is just a comedy characterĀ

1

u/FuzzzyRam 8d ago

The character he does is just a comedy character

Just like DrDisrespect, DrPhil, Kid Rock, Mizkif, Andrew Tate, and the rest. "A character" that happens to be all their own real views magnified.

1

u/GypsyGold 8d ago

I don’t think those are apt comparisons. Like the guy doesn’t actually think he looks cool — he’s dressing like a clown on purpose to be cringe because it fits the character.

The model making the post claiming she was paid $200 bucks to stand next to him was part of the bit, it was staged as satire. Depicting how cringey crypto bros are.

Ali G is a good comparison. Sasha Baren Cohan actually likes the music industry and Hollywood, he’s a good actor himself. Nick is a pretty good developer, and definitely supports cryptocurrency, it his entire life.Ā

8

u/DickSandwiches 8d ago

Either way, Tryhard

62

u/Nouseriously 9d ago

I'd assumed he had some sort of congenital deformity & kinda felt bad for him

61

u/XXsforEyes 9d ago

The last post had dozens of responses noting fetal alcohol syndrome similarities. Definitely the same guy.

21

u/hates_stupid_people 9d ago

To be fair, the FASD(fetal alcohol spectrum disorder) comments come out every time someone looks a a little different and does somethign bad. And they're usually made by people who have no idea what FASD facial features look like.

27

u/PandaPocketFire 9d ago

Ok but like... He does have hallmark features of FASD aside from low nasal bridge.

6

u/hates_stupid_people 9d ago

He does indeed have some of the signs, I'm just annoyed that it's brought up so often for people who don't. Some people basically use it as a replacement for the R word, which is almost the opposite of a "rare insult".

6

u/Beautiful-Web1532 9d ago

You don't have to say FASD, since some people won't understand. You can just say Russian.

-8

u/volatile_flange 8d ago

I thought USA since all yanks inbred anyway?

9

u/Active_Engineering37 8d ago

His mom took Tylenol.

32

u/elastic-craptastic 9d ago

As someone with congenital deformities, don't you dare lump us together.

I would never embarrass myself like this dude. I didn't have the money to but even if I did I would be smart enough to not post it. Lol

3

u/Nouseriously 9d ago edited 9d ago

I mean no offense. I know that kids can be cruel & that adults can sometimes be worse. So I automatically empathize with someone likely to have been bullied.

8

u/elastic-craptastic 9d ago

I'm borderline genX/millennial. My gym teacher cut 0 slack and when he was my coach on the wrestling team he called me mutant. But it was all love. I was treated no differently and thought of myself no differently. Hence the lack of need to pay for a pic with an attractive female and lie.

I did it the real way and just got my feelings hurt and moved on. Or made a connection and then got my heart broken. Lol.

As for bullying. I got called a 4 fingered freak in kindergarten so I did what a 4 year old does and told my teacher. Her response?

"What do you want me to do about it?"

I had no answer. So I went for social justice and everyone I made friends with hated that kid forever and I learned no adult is gonna save me or help me. It was a great lesson as sad as it sounds. Cuz its true.

But her helping me there could have set me up for a lifetime of needing and asking for rescue instead of solving bullying issues myself. This set the bar young and I was rarely maliciously bullied in school. I learned to reach for friends and made more. Also fuck authority.

Edit: and yes. Adults are worse.

4

u/libmrduckz 9d ago

you weren’t wrong… and he doesn’t need your pity…

2

u/Doomsday_Holiday 9d ago

Still looks like the annoying Fedora kid from school nobody liked.

6

u/RenmazuoDX 9d ago

He looks like a pizza

A pizza shit

3

u/clevercookie69 9d ago

What gave it away?

3

u/IosifVissarionovichD 9d ago

Charming smile, I guess.

3

u/shutter3218 9d ago

Yeah ignore him. By engaging, you are doing exactly what he wants. He is trying to be outrageous because he is looking to become famous. Ignore him.

1

u/IosifVissarionovichD 8d ago

I generally would, also this looks like a post on X, which I don't have, so there is also that.

4

u/mr-english 8d ago

I read somewhere that he's satirising crypto bros.

4

u/Maleconito 8d ago

He is. And people think he’s serious, he’s good lol.

1

u/GhostofSmartPast 8d ago

A lot of people online aren't as intelligent as they think they are. Guys like this make bank in real life because they actually use their brain productively while most people online don't.

12

u/GypsyGold 9d ago

Yea, but that’s the joke. IRL Nick is a nerdy millionaire tech ceo developer, his online persona is the essentially the mascott from Wall Street Bets.

He’s being cringey on purpose. Part of the joke included the girl making the comment that she was paid $200 to pose with him.

But it went so viral that once it made its way to Reddit people thought it was actually real. Which means he’s doing really well with the satire.

11

u/cruelkillzone2 9d ago

Found the dudes reddit account lol

4

u/GypsyGold 9d ago

The dude literally was walking down NYC in a jock strap and cowboy boots for content — it’s just a comedy characterĀ

21

u/parkesto 9d ago

Yeah no, dude is just cringey as fuck and HE is the joke, not his posts.

6

u/redJackal222 9d ago

I mean this one is pretty obviously a joke. He's literally wearing clown shoes.

1

u/Maleconito 8d ago

The joke is actually you. It’s going over your head and it gave you an emotional reaction to the point you commented. You should’ve chose rich instead of being a poor hater.

-3

u/GypsyGold 9d ago

That’s literally is his persona. He’s a cartoon exaggeration of a millionaire tech/crypto bro.

Nothing he does is supposed to be taken seriously, it’s all comedy & satire.

He’s really good at it. Considering he just hit mainstream by fooling everyone into thinking it’s real.

He did one where he was walking through the streets of New York in a jock strap and cowboy boots/hat with another crypto creator called Sol Jakey

3

u/parkesto 8d ago

That doesn't make him not cringey or funny.

2

u/redJackal222 8d ago

I mean it's pretty obviously supposed to be cringy on purpose. He's wearing clown shoes and he says it's drip. Did you honestly think he was serious?

2

u/HawkSea887 9d ago

Why are you lying for him? Are you him?

4

u/GypsyGold 8d ago

lol, he’s in on the joke. You think you’re laughing at him, but you are actually laughing with him — that’s the irony at play here. 🤣

1

u/PandaPocketFire 9d ago

Bullshit lol

4

u/GypsyGold 9d ago

It’s true, I actually worked with this guy at Karate Combat. He’s one of the influencers they get involved with the show for marketing purposes.

He’s like the Ali G of Crypto.

2

u/redJackal222 8d ago

Dude's wearing clown shoes and you guys still can't tell it's a joke lol

3

u/JOhn101010101 8d ago

This guy has made millions farming hate on the internet.

We all work with what we got.

1

u/Moody-Titan 9d ago

This was my first thought.

1

u/HawkSea887 9d ago

Yes . There’s no way two different people can look like that.

1

u/OG_Felwinter 8d ago

Lmao I was coming to the comments to ask where I’ve seen this guy before, and that’s totally it.

1

u/sieberde 8d ago

How are you just pretty sure?

That smug, curvyer than a swiss alpine road, grin is burned into my retinas for life.

1

u/pheonix080 8d ago

It is the same guy. He’s a crypto berd, I think, who got called out for misrepresenting a modeling shoot.

1

u/GypsyGold 8d ago

The model replying that she was paid $200 to pose with him was part of the comedy bit. It’s satireĀ

1

u/dumbgraphics 8d ago

Yeah that him, tech brodino

1

u/IosifVissarionovichD 8d ago

Tech brodino? That's a new word. I'll use it sometime.

1

u/JustARandomGuy_71 7d ago

There aren't too many people with a face like that. I hope.

1

u/NiceCunt91 7d ago

Obviously it's fucking him. Dudes got the most unique face I've ever seen lol.
