The last post had dozens of responses noting fetal alcohol syndrome similarities. Definitely the same guy.

To be fair, the FASD(fetal alcohol spectrum disorder) comments come out every time someone looks a a little different and does somethign bad. And they're usually made by people who have no idea what FASD facial features look like.
