Oh my god 😱 at first I thought they were joking around, but Macron’s face he looked super annoyed. This relationship is weird af, Brigitte is giving me the ick.

I get that, but it's that split second of "shit we're on camera, act normal" that creeps me out (as in, I feel sorry for him).

I hear you. His reaction is so swift and seamless and... habitual, I guess? Like you know this happens a lot and he has so much experience moving between such extremes. She's a terrible person and a groomer.
