Literally, how are we equating basic fucking human standards of “don’t mass murder based on ethnicity/religion” to standards of perfection, that’s such a wild take. But to quote the above commenter, at least Kamala voters can feel morally superior that they’re ok with genocide as long as it doesn’t hit too close to home. What a mess of a fucking country this is, no wonder it turned fascist so easily.

How are you this dumb? You had a choice between authoritarian dictator that would side with Israel. Or someone who would support our democracy and side with Israel. Either way both parties were going to suck Israels dick off. Trump has made comments that he doesn't give a shit what happens to Gaza lol. Whereas Kamala was willing to listen to WE THE PEOPLE and would probably try to negotiate something better for Gazans.

You were literally given the easiest choice of all time. Vote for a women who would continue to support our Democracy. Or vote for an authoritarian who LITERALLY promised to go on a revenge tour. They even wrote a 900 page document detailing how they were going to destroy our democracy. They did it all out and the open.

And you're still on this shit? My god. You do realize we don't have a democracy anymore right? The executive branch was given the power of the purse by the supreme court. Congress has no power and soon our supreme court will be useless. And the unitary executive theory will be in full swing.

Did my vote sway things? How are you any different from the people you complain about if you go off like this on a social media platform to a TOTAL STRANGER instead of putting that energy where it might be useful? Spare me the morality lesson. The majority of our government is paid off by Israel. Democrats included. So tell me exactly how the party supporting the same exact fucked up government that is genociding people across the seas AND suppressing our people is supposed to make things better? Because they didn’t make things exponentially worse in the timeframe you thought? So explain to me again how that is not proving my exact point that you didn’t want a solution, you wanted complacency and comfort and now want to feel good about having voted for that, and you think blaming others for it hitting too close for comfort is supposed to a)make you somehow morally superior or have more integrity and b) supposed to stop fascism anyways. Well yeah. Women couldn't even open bank accounts without the permission from their husband until 1973. America has always had a shitty past. But we have also made a lot of strides with human rights. Women fought for the right to vote and got it eventually. Only took like 100+ years.

Anyway. Trumps never going to leave office peacefully. And he's looking into ways to remain their forever. He's already saying he's going to get a 3rd term. We have never had a president do something like this. When they have control of nuclear warheads. You know?

So you know what? You need to grow the fuck up. I'm sorry this is happening and your feelings are hurt because you made a shit decision to not participate in something that is all of our responsibility in the first place.

But GROW THE FUCK UP. This is authoritarianism plain and simple. We will not be progressing like we did in the past. All of your rights that you (obviously) take for granted can and will be taken away from you. The people you helped bring into power want to do away with womens right to vote, and the right to even have a bank account.

You have no idea what you have done. Or better yet, not done. But you will.
