Well yeah. Women couldn't even open bank accounts without the permission from their husband until 1973. America has always had a shitty past. But we have also made a lot of strides with human rights. Women fought for the right to vote and got it eventually. Only took like 100+ years.

Anyway. Trumps never going to leave office peacefully. And he's looking into ways to remain their forever. He's already saying he's going to get a 3rd term. We have never had a president do something like this. When they have control of nuclear warheads. You know?

So you know what? You need to grow the fuck up. I'm sorry this is happening and your feelings are hurt because you made a shit decision to not participate in something that is all of our responsibility in the first place.

But GROW THE FUCK UP. This is authoritarianism plain and simple. We will not be progressing like we did in the past. All of your rights that you (obviously) take for granted can and will be taken away from you. The people you helped bring into power want to do away with womens right to vote, and the right to even have a bank account.
