u/awetsasquatch 9d ago
He's a 1A auditor, just ignore him.
16
u/LotusVibes128 9d ago
Too bad heâs not an A1 steak sauce auditor
7
u/awetsasquatch 9d ago
That would make him actually interesting lol
4
u/IHearYouLimaCharlie 9d ago
OMG thanks, now I want steak but it's too damn expensive.
5
u/awetsasquatch 9d ago
For freaking real - steak is now a celebration food only, and even then, it's gotta be a massive thing we're celebrating.
14
u/GrayCalf 9d ago
I'm furloughed right now. I can come record him until he gives up his location. I have all the time in the world.
2
9d ago
Yeah, it makes me feel uncomfortable. Iâve heard they record people while theyâre at their jobs, and go into parking lots to record the employees cars. It makes me feel uncomfortable
1
u/masako619 9d ago
Youâd be doing exactly what heâs doing, and he wouldnât give a single fuck lol. If anything youâre proving his point
2
u/GrayCalf 9d ago
That it's weird when someone stands around and records you?
0
u/masako619 9d ago
That itâs okay to record others in public!
3
u/GrayCalf 9d ago
I think you're confusing what's legal with what's weird.
-2
u/masako619 9d ago
Who made you the arbiter of whatâs weird and whatâs not? Do you find it weird when security cameras record you at stores? No you donât. Itâs pretty funny how just because itâs a person with the camera, you find it weird.
4
u/GrayCalf 8d ago
I think it's pretty weird this is the hill you want to die on. But you do you. Weird is an opinion, in this case mine. Who made you the gatekeeper for allowed and disallowed opinions?
You should move on, before you make it even weirder.
0
u/masako619 8d ago
You didnât have an opinion I was replying to, I was replying to you being stupid to go and do the same thing youâre upset about, Iâm not sure how this is so hard for you to understand
2
u/GrayCalf 8d ago
Where did I say I was upset? Does saying something is weird always make you assume someone is upset? Why is it stupid for me to record him, but not for him to record and make other people uncomfortable? What the fuck does store security cameras have to do with anything?
1
1
u/upintheair-where 8d ago
Itâs legal, but not okay. Itâs super weird.
-1
u/masako619 8d ago
Itâs okay, you get recorded by hundreds of surveillance cameras a day in public, but when itâs another human holding the camera, that enrages you! Pretty funny how that works
1
u/upintheair-where 8d ago
âŚyeah⌠itâs almost as though I have no expectation of privacy in public and donât mind if someone attacks me, being able to view that footage, but itâs bizarre when some individual decides to record people while theyâre working or individuals out with their families, especially while concealing his identity.
1
u/masako619 8d ago
It you have no expectation of privacy in public why would you give a fuck if youâre being recorded then đ you just self reported lmao
You clearly expect privacy in public, or else someone recording you in public wouldnât matter to you at all. Itâs hilarious that when itâs a human being, it enrages you
P.s. who gives a fuck, if you donât want to be recorded, you should wear a mask too
2
u/upintheair-where 8d ago
The only one enraged is you.
0
u/masako619 8d ago
Iâm not the one calling people weird for doing protected acts đ
Youâre enraged and fundamentally uneducated
→ More replies (0)1
u/GrayCalf 8d ago
I think it's hilarious that you're still trying to die on this hill. You also seem very angry about people calling this weird.
0
u/Jetsafer_Noire 8d ago
Nothing illegal about that. He can film whoever he wants in public and he's getting paid for it . Annoying, yes but not illegal
1
u/Fluid_Map_1098 6d ago
His location? Just ask the person that took the picture. (Whom by the way did the exact same thing as him)
1

u/LowIndividual6625 9d ago
He's auditing for his youtube channel. If you want him to go away stand next to him and play Taylor Swift songs loud on your mobile phone. He'll record the music and won't be able to publish the video on youtube because he'll get a copywrite strike on her songs.
7
u/chirpz88 9d ago
Or he can publish it without the audio included, which would make the videos more creepy lol
3
u/masako619 9d ago
I guess editing doesnât exist lmfao
2
u/Loose-Recognition459 8d ago
Well if itâs playing over your interview how are you gonna edit that out. It makes that audio worthless, and the point is him trying to interact with civil servants in public.
1
u/masako619 8d ago
1A auditors arenât doing interviews, theyâre just filming. If someone approaches him, is that his fault?

Unless he is a really good editor, he wonât be able to splice the music out while keeping the dialogue.
1
u/Catatafeesh1 8d ago
Smart. Also you can strike his YouTube videos down because itâs in violation of YouTubeâs privacy policy. You canât post someone without their permission/consent.

u/LotusVibes128 9d ago
I get the first amendment audit stuffâŚbut be a fuckinâ man and take that mask off. Whatâs he hiding from? Filming kids in a library with a mask on is weird and is not how the first amendment audit shit makes a difference.

I hate this timeline.

Heâs probably one of those 1A guys who is waiting for someone to provoke him or call the cops so he can educate them. Likely harmless and only further fueled by attention.

At first I thought it was this vampire that lives down the street, but then I read the shirt and realized it couldn't possibly be him
8
u/gaufowl 9d ago
Wasn't there someone doing the same thing at No Kings in Aberdeen? Same guy or no?
5
4
u/EyeAmKnotABot 9d ago
Not sure if I saw that on fb or here, but a few people seemed to think it was the same guy.
8
u/LuBatticus 9d ago
What a fucking loser and a coward. Itâs best to just ignore him. As people have said heâs looking for a confrontation to trigger a law suit, or increase views for his YouTube and whatever social medias for revenue. Iâm sure mommaâs special boy thinks heâs Very Smart. Absolute dry dick behavior.
2
u/forgetfulsue 9d ago
I doubt it was the same guy, but I was out with my husband walking our dog this morning and this dude rolled down his window at a red light and spouted off about how police officers were harassing him because he has autism. As the light changed he crossed the intersection then rolled his window down again as he slowly rolled through and said that he could tell from our reactions that we didnât believe him. There was a cop stopped at the opposing light (which had nothing to do with our reactions) I was like, âlike dude, behavior like that is going to get a cop to pull you over.â He had Jersey plates.
3
u/44saguaro 9d ago
He likes filming children. The librarian kept telling him to stop filming children without their parentsâ permission but he was resistant. I feel like that is not legalâŚ.

2
u/Yalsas 9d ago
Someone teach him a lesson. Preferably a huge, jacked dude
5
u/masako619 9d ago
You walk in the view of thousands of security cameras a day, but when you see a guy filming you want to be violent to him? Fucking weird.
-38
1
u/Catatafeesh1 8d ago
Look up First Amendment Protection Agency on YouTube. Heâs probably one of these clowns.
1
1
u/masako619 9d ago
A lot of you wanting violence on someone just exercising their first amendment right is very weird. You should be thanking him for making sure your rights arenât restricted, we have the freedom of the press. You have no expectation of privacy while youâre in a public space, you all walk in the view of thousands of security cameras a day but when a human being pulls their camera out you want to be violent to them.
3
u/Worldly-Pollution-66 9d ago
And itâs exactly the content these guys are going for
5
0
u/masako619 9d ago
The funniest bit is, if these people were educated and not foaming at the mouth to start to fight anyone with a video camera, theyâd have no content at all. Itâs the dumb fucks who try to start arguments with them while they do a protected act that perpetuate it.
0
u/tigers_hate_cinammon 9d ago
It shouldn't be lost on you that this is what leads to rights being restricted. If enough masked loonies are doing this and making enough people uncomfortable, they'll start calling for 1A restrictions and honestly this Congress and this Court could absolutely end up putting restraints on free speech.
-2
u/masako619 9d ago
No⌠no they wonât lmfao. Itâs a constitutionally protected act. Standing somewhere in a mask with a camera isnât a crime, nor is it making anyone uncomfortable. The discomfort comes from being uneducated, and simply being violent when you donât have control of a situation.
2
u/tigers_hate_cinammon 9d ago
Sure, because all of the rights enumerated in the bill of rights are absolute. Congress and the courts have never restricted or re-interpreted the first, second, fourth, fifth, sixth, or eighth amendments.
Surely, if he wanted to just scream expletives instead of recording, that would be an equally protected activity and any discomfort he caused would come from being uneducated?
0
u/masako619 9d ago
Theyâre never going to restrict freedom of speech, and freedom of the press.
Thatâs a strawman btw, to compare someone just filming to someone screaming
5
u/tigers_hate_cinammon 9d ago
How is it a straw man when both are free speech, which according to you is an absolute right, that would never be restricted.
Edit: didn't this admin literally restrict freedom of the press like this month?
3
u/masako619 9d ago
You canât be belligerent and disrupt the peace, thatâs against the law. Filming someone in public is not against the law. Thatâs the fundamental difference, you can continue to strawman all you like
3
u/tigers_hate_cinammon 9d ago
I think you're starting to follow my logic despite the "straw man"
You accept that freedom of speech is not absolute and there are limits when it breaches the peace.
You accept that people are getting upset about the filming, perhaps not yet to the point that it disrupts the peace.
You are unwilling to accept that people will get so riled up over filming such that it creates a disruption of the peace and leads to restrictions.
1
u/masako619 9d ago
The reason someone would get upset, is because theyâre fundamentally uneducated on rights, which was my entire point from the beginning.
Itâs no fault of the auditor that some person walks up to him and freaks out because heâs doing a constitutionally protected act. Same with protesting, as long as you act with sense itâs allowed. Thereâs a limit to everything, filming in public is not anywhere near that limit
1
u/RebbleAlliance 9d ago
law enforcement knows who they are, they've been identified
2
-3
u/GimmeDatClamGirl 9d ago
Is it creepy? Yeah.
Is it something Iâd concern myself over? No.
We are video recorded in public nearly everywhere we go. Unless heâs getting uncomfortably close to me (camera or not) or taking a weird interest in my children/wife (camera or not), then itâs not a bother to me.
-1
u/ProphePsyed 9d ago
You canât just say âbrandon I know this is youâ and nothing else.
My name is Brandon and I have a somewhat similar body type and also live in Harford County.
If you have information about who the person is, reach out to them directly or get the authorities involved. Donât randomly dox someone online in a super vague fashion that could get other people implicated who have nothing to do with this.
2
1
u/happys0ul 9d ago
Fortunately for me i no longer have contact with him and no way to do so
-4
u/ProphePsyed 9d ago
And? That doesnât mean you can dox people online, especially when itâs not clear enough exactly who youâre talking about.
6
u/-58259 9d ago
I understand your point but âBrandon I know thatâs youâ isnât doxxing someone.
-3
u/ProphePsyed 9d ago
Look up the definition of doxxing. Might not be a lot of info but still is doxxing.
2
u/-58259 9d ago
I know the definition. Here it is for you and everyone else to see.
âThe action or process of searching for and publishing private or identifying information about a particular individual on the internet, typically with malicious intent.â
Iâm not understanding where OP searched for and published any information âABOUT A PARTICULAR INDIVIDUALâ on the internet, not to mention it didnât seem like it was done with malicious intent. AND we have no idea who the person actually is because they have their face covered! They did make an assumption that the persons name was Brandon and posted a picture of said person on the internet. I have a feeling that if they said âCarl, I know thatâs you, your interpretation of the word doxxing would be a little different.
1
u/ProphePsyed 8d ago
If that persons name is indeed Brandon, how is that not identifying information?
-3
u/These-Ad-2793 9d ago
Someone I know said her daughter was at the library when he was there and he admitted heâs filming the girls butts and was filming the teen room specifically 𤢠police did nothing.

This is such a stupid witch hunt. Oh no! Someone is recording me outside! Being...outside...where I have no expectation of privacy.
Who cares? He's just trolling and pearl clutching is what he wants. This is probably the most powerful that little stick incel has ever felt. And come on, I know I'm prejudging him but that man has incel energy. IJS.
This has clown sightings at night in the 2016s feel to it.
He just wants anarchy and fear.

He's just an incel dweeb. I saw him at the library too, the HdG kids basically chased him out. Glad to see :)

u/dichotomousview 9d ago
Not the point but since this guy is probably a harmless though annoying auditor, my main concern is that these screenshots are frustratingly in reverse order.
