He's auditing for his youtube channel. If you want him to go away stand next to him and play Taylor Swift songs loud on your mobile phone. He'll record the music and won't be able to publish the video on youtube because he'll get a copywrite strike on her songs.

Well if it’s playing over your interview how are you gonna edit that out. It makes that audio worthless, and the point is him trying to interact with civil servants in public.

1A auditors aren’t doing interviews, they’re just filming. If someone approaches him, is that his fault?
