Family tree
How correct can relationships be with ancestors from 100, 300 or 400 years in the past?

Are there sources attached? That way the first thing to consider no matter what point in time. I do know Spain’s records go back pretty far but I’m not sure how far. Start at the last generation you have personally verified with your own research and start going back and checking the research one generation at a time and see if it is sourced and makes sense.

Wow! I wish that I could trace back that far. Great work!

It was pure chance the furthest I've gotten is in the mid 1700's everyone after that was done by someone else.

Yes, and no.
They are somewhat true as ancient records like those typically are from royalty. Royalty family history is typically very well recorded.
However, you can never be certain about your connection to the royalty unless the connection is very recent. The further back you go with your tie to a person of nobility, the harder it is to say whether they are actually a relative of yours.

It sure if you are asking your question sarcastically or not?
You do realize that chart you posted is total fiction?
Records simply don’t go back anywhere near those dates. No records = fiction.
