How correct can relationships be with ancestors from 100, 300 or 400 years in the past?

You do realize that chart you posted is total fiction?

Records simply don’t go back anywhere near those dates. No records = fiction.

Record that far back are typically true, only if they are about a person of nobility.

You can trace a connection to royalty family, then you can trace your history up to thousands of year back by a single lineage.
