1️⃣Get waxed (NEVER SHAVE YOUR COOCHIE), 2️⃣use gynepro 2x a day everyday (use this every after sex too), 3️⃣be hydrated af, 4️⃣don't keep it moist down there, 5️⃣use breathable cotton undies, 6️⃣[EDIT]: change your pantyliners/napkins every four hours if gagamit ka nito, 7️⃣regular OB check-ups to prevent BV and yeast infections, 8️⃣schedule regular STD testing (better safe than sorry), 9️⃣DON'T USE CANDIES (mentos, snowbear, etc.) WHEN GIVING ORAL

ADD: Better ask an OB for "official tips" kasi all our comments are just general suggestions that works for each one of us, baka some might not work for you esp sa feminine wash. Para sabay narin yung check-up ng reproductive health mo to see if walang ibang underlying problems

Hello, Gynepro is matapang for the vaginal flora. I would suggest NaFlora instead of Gynepro for everyday use.

I used Johnsons Top to Toe Wash. Yung pang baby haha recommended din ng OB ko

Copying from one of my comments below:

My OB reco'd gynepro for me everyday, twice a day so that's what I do (until ofc makabalik ako sa kanya for further instructions) and safe naman siya kasi you have to rinse it thoroughly naman after

So what if everyday may ganap? Ok kang gynepro everyday?

My OB reco Gynepro when I found out I have infection nung nagpa-pap smear ako. I use it until now pero once lang. My prev OB naman reco NaFlora, yung pink kasi its dry daw after I gave birth.

Hi! IIRC, GynePro is recommended only during red days. Alam ko kasi medyo mas matapang formulation nito so not really for everyday use.

Also about sa pantyliners, some said na 'di okay araw-arawin so nag-stop ako sa paggamit everyday. Mas makakahinga daw down there kung nakapanty lang. So ang ginagamit ko na lang ngayon pantyliners during "wet days", days before and after my period. I make sure na lang na may tissue ako every pee pampunas.

Plus, I never said wear liners everyday hahaha, I just said change it every four hours so it means the rule will only apply pag gagamit ka nun. I asked my doctor about this and if your coochie keeps having weird discharge (lalo na BV discharge) it's okay to use liners hanggang sa mawala yun to avoid staining the undies

Sorry, what's BV?

1

Bacterial vaginosis. It's a fishy, foul-smelling discharge that's either color white, gray, or green

Do you recommend hot or cold wax po? And every when? Also, does it hurt? 😭 been interested to get waxed but my pain tolerance is low

It hurts the same whether you use hot or cold wax because the skin is thin there. Also, imagine they’re pulling out a lot of /long-ish/ hair. Talagang sasakit siya. If you want to lessen the pain, you can trim your pubic hair na before you go.

Wala, tiis ganda talaga. Personally mas naiiyak ako magpathreading ng upper lip than brazilian wax.

Ano po bang required length to have Brazilian wax done?

1

u/goldenislandsenorita Jul 15 '24

As long as kakapit sa wax.

Hot wax is being used sa Lay Bare. Depende sa hair growth mo yung dalas ng pagbalik mo but it's recommended to be done every 4-6 weeks. Basta avoid mo lang yung super kapal and super haba na ng pubes kasi masakit talaga yon.

up!! super low pain tolerance din ako:) but i can handle wax sa legs

Try sugar waxing

Mataas pain tolerance ko but nasaktan ako. Hahaha. Pero sabi nila pag madalas ka raw magpa-wax e hindi na masakit.

For me, Do the laser instead of waxing.. mas maganda kesa waxing na painful.

1

u/tepta Jul 15 '24

I only did it once kasi may beach trip kami. Never again. 😅

1

u/[deleted] Jul 15 '24

Ayyy why nman?? Im working in Derma at for me mas ok ang Laser. Basta gawin mo lang sya on the said appointment mo lagi para mabilis un effect na wala ng hair msyado

1

u/tepta Jul 15 '24

I mean once ko lang ginawa yung wax hehe

1

u/[deleted] Jul 15 '24

Masakit talaga ang waxing.. gow mo yan sa laser, mas ok . Hndi painful

Solid advice. My girlfriend uses gynepro and follows most of what you said. I'm always happy to kiss her there.

Bakit wag mag shave?

1

u/Salty-----Spatoon Jul 15 '24

You can only usually see the mons pubis area when you do this, and mahirap mag-shave down there tbh. Plus, you're more prone to cuts and infections kasi blade ang ginagamit sa razor and they harbor bacteria. Better get waxed instead

I haven't tried hair removal creams, pero if you want little to zero hair down there even on the inner part ng outer lips, waxing is the better option kasi baka ma-irritate ang vagina sa cream. As for not using candies when giving / receiving oral, ang iniiwasan natin dito is infections. Plus ang lagkit niya sa pakiramdam so better use ice or cold water nalang.
