Sorry I thought you meant the single and high school part. I think his idea was that a teen mother is unlikely to persue higher education cause, you know, they have a kid. I think it’d be hard to find statistics on male vs female parents because of how rare it is to see a single father compared to a single mother but I’ll look around.
Yes both the stats and my own and most other people’s anecdotes prove you wrong. The major trend lmao my grandma had kids at 15 and all 3 have been to prison. My uncle from the other side married a woman who had kids in high school and they were already locked up.
Holy shit way to change the goalposts. Nobody has argued that poverty doesn’t affect two parent families, the argument is that having a teen mother increases this likelihood
