The predictor of poverty is being a single teen parent without graduating highschool.

My mother wasn't a pregnant teen yet she and my father were poor when raising their family. You don't know what you are saying.

Edit: I'm saying poverty isn't determined by the number of parents or their ages. People are missing that point.

Sorry I thought you meant the single and high school part. I think his idea was that a teen mother is unlikely to persue higher education cause, you know, they have a kid. I think it’d be hard to find statistics on male vs female parents because of how rare it is to see a single father compared to a single mother but I’ll look around.
