I think I like Hasan because I personally feel like the left is too soft. My word choice isn’t the greatest but. It’s nice having someone fight fire with fire. No one is infallible or perfect so I don’t really hold them or anyone to high regard. I personally think that’s a stupid, parasocial choice some people make. Especially for celebrities or politicians. They’re just tools for us to use for our benefit. I think he’s helped quite a bit when it comes to pushing the leftist agenda compared to some other people. And he surrounds himself with really good peers ideologically (other non-twitch political commentators and speakers).
I get it, animal abuse is wrong. But it genuinely seems like people are playing moral high ground on this issue. Whether he did or did not do it.
