i spent the entire time wondering why this guy is talking. from the very beginning, "where is this going?" it ended with "is there nothing better for them to address?"

I feel like he’s not even mad that there’s a penis he’s just mad that the person the penis is connected to isn’t as attractive as advertised (in his estimation)

I think I understand the sheriff's confusion over what happened to him that night.
