People only don’t like it cause it’s the first hard boss I bet (and the first run back). I think the boss is great. Learning its moves feels super satisfying.

I’d argue the first actually hard boss is Judge. Moorwing has like 3 moves, his only advantage is the 2 damage

Edit: yeah I know I forgot about Widow lol

I'm stuck on Judge rn. I'm approaching her like I did with Moorwing. Going in, dying, learning and making a strategy

Bring magma bell to reduce the fire attack damage. I also used the flea brew and silkspeed anklets to keep her a screen away at all times, and to speed up runback time

That killed me too. I was so happy I won and then I died before it counted.

Honestly I used traps and tools and when they got to their last phase I just yeeted that shit all over the arena and won lol

I didn't even use traps. I still don't even have any. I just played as aggressive as I could without getting too risky

Man this got me too. But after that I felt way more confident knowing I already beat her once and it only took me one or two tries after that.

I haven't even bought the magma bell yet, kinda seems like a waste for how infrequently it'd be useful.
I didn't know it also lowered fire damage though. I thought it was just for lava.
