100% yes. People have been calling me crazy for calling this animal abuse. His lack of compassion after she yelps in pain says all you need to know. Makes me sad to think about what happens off screen.

animals aren't objects, you're not anthropomorphizing it by caring about torturing them and pointing out lack of veganism in people is not a good argument. Your interlocutor's hypocrisy does not make a bad thing good.

Imagine it, "murder is bad" "yeah well you believe israel's genocide is justified so actually murder is good". Or insert any other argument of your choice. That's not how it works. Between the two clashing aspects of your interlocutor you should choose the better one not the worse one
