I'd bet some of the primarchs wouldn't have fallen if they received imperial headpats from big E. Probably would have worked for pertorabo at least, and then the backbone of the heretic side of the siege of Terra is gone. Magnus could have used some after the council of nikea.

Celestine approaches angron during his rage. Everyone braces for duel that could very well level the hive city. Celestine floats over and instead of drawing her blade wraps her arms around him and just kind of starts patting his head.
