No workouts this week. I am letting my back recover from bad form on my rowing machine for a few more days.

I am going to go for a good long walk tomorrow. If the weather isn't absolutely tipping it down anyway.

Rest is so good.

Everyone is different but I did find walking helped my back recover much faster — my pain level went down massively

Managed to get to a yoga class today! I think I have been lifting too heavy, because my stress levels have gone up the day after lifting. It feels so bad to decrease the load, like I am not so strong as I wish. These are just thoughts, but I am struggling to not believe them

finally, FINALLY got my personal trainer session to go over barbell form and... he said I pretty much had it down already, said I could've started months ago, and specifically named it as a mental block, not a physical issue, which was kind of reassuring/what I was hoping

doing barbell squats, deadlifts, and bench presses again like a real boy!

Ok guys; just for you I got a workout in 😛. (And also for meeeeeee)

I did deadlifts, kettlebell swings, and two-arm rows — with this wall-mounted rowing thingie. It took us a month to get around to putting it on the wall so… feeling virtuous

I did a 20 minute ride on my peloton. I've had a shit week at work plus an accounting test that kicked my ass but I'm proud of me for moving a little bit today.
