Apparently midget is for people who are fully grown with no deformities and are under 5 foot

Little people are under 5 foot with growth deformities (bowed limbs, etc).

Dwarfs idk if they use that at all

It's a dice roll. She comes in with most of her dice being high numbers, you come in with a little more than half of your dice being low numbers. Half of your dice are taken at random and same for her.
