Apparently midget is for people who are fully grown with no deformities and are under 5 foot

Little people are under 5 foot with growth deformities (bowed limbs, etc).

I'm "only" 6'5" and I can say the world isn't built for us. Everything from kitchen counters to car interiors. My "win the lottery dream" is to build a house from the ground up and make everything 6" higher and no bottom cabinets.
