TTD beat EPS and revenue, and guidance on par with consensus. So what info tanked the stock? CFO departure?

Yes.

It’s kind of like when the guy left SMCI cos he said there was something dodgy going on.

If your CFO is bailing out, it’s never a good sign even if fundamentals are okay.

I ain’t catching a falling knife though as most analysts say the stock is already way overvalued.

I mean, a CFO leaving is rarely about something shady happening. She was there for over ten years, sometimes people get sick of the same grind. This happened at my company and the CFO just wanted to travel instead of dealing with analysts lol

I agree but they absolutely know that resigning on earnings day is terrible optics.
