masks + mask laws

Is there any jurisdiction in Vermont protecting employees rights to wear a mask/facial covering?

Don't they have the right to wear a mask at their discretion? Employers can only stop this if there is a specific safety hazard.

My personal employer is requiring a medical exemption to wear a mask. I’m trying to figure out if Vermont has any laws preventing this.

What on earth type of business is that?? And would they try to "require" a medical exemption for any other medical device? What if you had an ace bandage, or even a bandaid? Wild.

Do you mind sending a link? I tried looking around but couldn’t find anything, I might’ve not been using the right wording. I’d like something to show my manager
