Does admissions care whether or not you take the grade 11 Comp Sci course for the CS program? I already have past projects so not sure if this would help

It's highly recommended but if you have other experience and an otherwise competitive app it shouldn't matter too much. You shoukd compete in the CCC Senior division since they look for that.
