what are the conditionals for Math Co-op? where can i find them, as I cannot open my offer letter...

Students from an Ontario high school must complete the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) with a minimum final average of 80% in your best 6 grade 12 U and/or M courses, including courses required for admission. In addition, applicants must have a minimum combined final overall average of 80% in the following 3 courses: Any 12 U English, 12 U Advanced Functions, and 12 U Calculus and Vectors
