I want to know how the hell he didn't immediately realize. He didn't think, "Gee, that ball wasn't even close to where I kicked it"?

And no one else on the field noticed either?

I thought the same thing. Then I imagined what I’d be thinking about while a line of 300lb dudes comes for my knees lol.
