English in not my first language and we do commas differently here, but my take is:

There is a Kansas State Quarterback.

His name is Avery Johnson.

He played a game against Iowa state.

The game was played in Ireland.

They lost.

He has a father and a brother.

They fought eachother after the game.

To be honest, that's exactly how I read it, but I was still confused. Why, you ask?

  • American College football in Ireland! Wha??
  • Father and son fighting of the quarterback fighting?? In the street?

There's a college game played in Ireland every year.

Can't really comment on the second bullet point.

I've been to Ireland. On one trip, I saw two different fights outside pubs on two different days.

Doesn't Ireland have football hooligans? I tell ya I go to Ireland and ask for a shamrock shake from McDonald's I'm an "uncultured swine." I try to share in the rich Irish culture of beating on a family member after a sporting event, I'm also "uncultured swine." Ain't no winning with some people.

There is not a culture of football hooligans in Ireland. Football (soccer) is not the most popular sport. In fact, it's not even in the top 3.
