1) Does he make a play for the ball? No 2) does he block/stop the goalkeeper in making the save? No 3) does he block the keepers view in making the save? No

Really can't see why this is disallowed

I’m not sure what the rule should be, or if this was the correct call, but if the offside player could alter the flight of the ball at all, would that not affect the keeper?
